PLAYER → TRAIN → DATA → MATCHES → VIDEO → AGENTS → CLUB CONTRACT 

Players will train in a professional squad environment with daily morning training sessions, three afternoon field sessions per week, integrated strength and conditioning, performance monitoring, and competitive matches.

Players selected for the FEAR FC Professional Bridge Program will operate as part of a professional squad, with clear expectations and standards both on and off the field.

 

The International BRIDGE Program - 18-23 year olds.

This program is built for players who still believe they belong in the professional game and are willing to work like professionals to get there.

Real international exposure- signed in Croatia 

Train and compete in professional environments overseas, gaining the experience and visibility needed for real international professional opportunities, not just a showcase.

Performance-based pathway- signed in Italy

This program offers a genuine pathway where opportunities are earned through your performance, with higher standards of football, daily training, and competitive matches.

Honest evaluation & data- SIGNED IN gERMANY

Receive clear feedback with real data, including GPS tracking, video analysis, and performance reporting, giving you clarity on where you truly stand in your development.

It is designed for serious and committed players who want to continue their football careers in a structured professional environment while preparing for opportunities at the next level.

The Fear FC Bridge Program is open to:

• Former USL League Two players looking to continue their development
• Former MLS Next Pro and USL professional players currently out of contract and looking for a pathway back into the game
• Players pursuing professional opportunities overseas
• Players preparing for a structured gap year while working toward the U.S. college system

Some of the players that featured here have gone on to sign professionally in Croatia, Italy, Germany, Spain, USA and the Czech Republic.

 

Real international player pathway

This program is not designed for youth players or casual participation. It is intended for individuals who are prepared to train and compete in a professional-style football environment.

FEAR FC is supported by Soccer Universities, an international player advisory platform that has been helping place players into academies, universities, and professional environments across Europe since 2020.

Players will prepare together as a squad for UPSL premier competition in Wilmington, North Carolina, while also preparing for international opportunities overseas.

Accommodation & Meals – International Pro Bridge Program

Our core Fear FC Bridge programs are training and performance environments, not residency academies.
That said, for players traveling in or relocating short-term for the International Fear FC Bridge Program (1-month pre-season in Wilmington + 3 months overseas), hotel accommodation with full board is included in the program fee when specified in your acceptance offer.
