Professional standards

Players aren’t just “training more” they’re stepping into a professional academy environment with senior-level expectations, discipline, and measured outcomes. This mirrors what college programs and pro environments actually demand, so when players step into a college locker room or a senior squad, the standards won’t feel new they’ll feel normal.
